Summer Fruit Smoothie Bowl
- ½ cup of Good Culture cottage cheese (110grams)
- ¼ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (20 grams)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Fresh cherries, raspberries, strawberries, apricots
- Honey, to drizzle
- Seeds + nuts of choice
