This 5-minute tostada is the ultimate quick and satisfying meal. Crispy shells are layered with hearty black beans, fresh lettuce, creamy cottage cheese, and a punch of pico de gallo. Ingredients

  • 2 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 package Somos Black Beans
  • ½ cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • Somos Chili Crisp
  • Pico de gallo & cilantro for topping

Instructions
