Ingredients
1 cup of Good Culture Simply 2% Cottage Cheese (220 grams)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats (~100 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Heat up your waffle iron to medium high heat.
2. While the waffle iron heats, add all the ingredients into a blender and combine until everything is blended and smooth.
3. Once the waffle iron is hot, grease each cavity slightly with cooking oil.Fill each waffle cavity about ¾ way and cook the waffle until crispy and golden on the outside.
4. Pile on your favorite toppings and enjoy!
