Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1.5 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 bags Corn Chips
Toppings:
- Chopped tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped cilantro
- Sliced jalapeno

Directions:
Cook the beef: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it browns. Once it’s no longer pink and mostly cooked through, stir in the taco seasoning and salt. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully seasoned and heated through.
Prep the chip bags: Take each bag of corn chips and cut off the top or slice down one long side to create an easy opening for filling.
Assemble the walking tacos: Spoon half of the seasoned ground beef into each chip bag. Top with your favorite toppings—chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cilantro, sliced jalapeño, shredded Mexican cheese, salsa, and a few dollops of Good Culture Organic Sour Cream.
